IFS Food Standard
The focus of all IFS standards is on enhancing transparency in the supply chain, while IFS Food Standard particularly is used for auditing food manufacturers. GMP - Good Manufacturing practice
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate requires that manufacturers take all necessary steps to ensure that the products are safe for consumers. GMP regulations enable companies to minimize or eliminate errors with record keeping, personnel qualifications, sanitation, cleanliness, equipment verification, process validation and complaint handling.
